Goods that are available at the moment of your order will be sent the same day (if order will be made until 15:00) or the next business day, right after we receive payment to our account.
Goods are being shipped on business days. If any orders where made on weekdays or holidays, goods will be sent on the next business day.
Average delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on method of delivery and cutomers location (for possible disruptions we reserve the right to deliver goods up to 7 business days).
We do not take on a responsibilitie for delay if it happened because of delivery company. All information about shipping status can be found in delivering comapany's website.

2.50€ - Order pick-up from choosen LP Express Parcel Terminal in Lithuania.
Delivery dates: I-VI
2.50€ - Order pick-up from choosen Omniva Parcel Terminal in Lithuania.
Delivery dates: I-VI (on Saturdays shipments are delivered only to major cities)
5.00€ - Order pick-up from choosen Omniva Parcel Terminal in Latvia.
10.00€ - Order pick-up from choosen Omniva Parcel Terminal in Estonia.
LP Express Courier
5.00€ - Delivery to hand by LP Express courier in Lithuania

TNT, DHL, UPS
30.00-100.00€ - delivery by TNT, UPS or DHL is for customer outside of Lithuania, delivery price will be calculated according to customer's location.
After ordering and payment, we send out customer goods by chosen delivery method. Customer then will receive a tracking number by e-mail address, and thas is how ordered goods can always be tracked in chosen delivery companys's website. All tracking numbers can be found on your account in our system by reviewing order history.
Policy of Returnet Goods
We do not take any responsibility if goods are being returned from other country than Lithuania and during that shipping goods were damaged, destroyed or confiscated due to customs regulations. That is why we kindly ask customers to learn about import policy before placing order in our system.
We do not take any responsibility if delivery company failed to deliver customer goods to given address several times, and for this reason goods were sent back to us.
If cutomer received different goods that were ordered, it was defected or damaged during shipping, please fill in Return of the Goods form. We will review it and contact the customer for futher course.
