PolarTronix Liquid Metal 130 W/mK is a professional-grade liquid metal thermal compound designed for maximum heat transfer efficiency in high-performance cooling applications. This product is intended for situations where conventional thermal pastes are no longer sufficient.
The compound is formulated using a gallium-based alloy enhanced with silver and indium, achieving extremely high thermal conductivity of up to 130 W/mK. The liquid metal structure allows it to fill microscopic surface imperfections between the processor die and the heatsink, ensuring optimal thermal contact and reduced operating temperatures.

Installation Instructions (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Step 1 – Surface Preparation
Both the processor and heatsink surfaces must be clean, dry, and smooth.
Use the included alcohol cleaning wipes to remove old thermal material and residue.
Step 2 – Liquid Metal Application
Apply a very small amount of liquid metal to both the processor die and the heatsink surface.
Applying too much liquid metal may cause short circuits and permanent device damage.
Step 3 – Spreading the Compound
Using the included applicator swabs, spread the liquid metal into a thin, even layer.
Liquid metal is adhesive and requires light pressure to properly bond to the surface.
Step 4 – Heatsink Installation
Ensure that no liquid metal has leaked outside the contact area.
Carefully mount the heatsink or cooling solution.
Common Mistakes (DO NOT DO THIS)
- Do not apply liquid metal to only one surface
- Do not use excessive amounts
- Do not use on aluminum surfaces
- Do not allow liquid metal to contact surrounding components
