Audio and video control IC chip P13USB (PI3USB30532 / 30532ZLE) compatible with Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch OLED consoles. This integrated circuit is responsible for controlling and routing audio and video signals from the USB-C port to the video output circuitry, ensuring stable signal transmission when using a dock or external display.
This chip is commonly replaced when the console:
- shows no image through the dock
- loses video or audio output via HDMI
- has unstable dock detection
- was damaged by faulty USB-C ports, docks, or aftermarket chargers
The IC does not generate HDMI signals, but acts as an audio/video signal control and switching component within the Nintendo Switch signal path. It is intended as a replacement part for professional repair and restoration of normal console operation.
