With a thermal conductivity of 12.5W/mK, Kryonaut effectively transfers heat from the chip to the heatsink or water block. Its special compound prevents drying or hardening over time, ensuring consistent performance even under sustained thermal load.
The paste is electrically non-conductive, making it safe to use around sensitive electronics. Its optimized viscosity allows easy application and ensures excellent surface contact by filling microscopic gaps between components.

Application
